Habits can change in days or weeks. It doesn't have to take long periods of time and lots of angst. It takes
knowing what you want instead of what you're getting or doing, changing your mindset and changing behavior. Awkward
to do this for most who use the old "will Power"but considerably easier and faster using self hypnosis and a couple

classes in the early 80's and brought my golf handicap down by 5 shots and stepped it up in the real estate business I was
