Track 1 of this Learn Self Hypnosis CD explains a most efficient system of induction (relaxation) that you get to practice. As you do, your mind develops
better focus and concentration, your body benefits from the comfortable relaxation and your life is impacted by the goals/affirmations/suggestions
you provide yourself. Because the subconscious is so literal, I explain how to formulate suggestions and work with them
in your session so results happen quickly and effectively. This process of change takes place without "will power,"
but rather, with "ease." This first track is approximately 25 minutes.
Track 2 is a session of hypnosis
that I do for you as a model for you to follow. It is approximately 14 minutes in length and is especially beneficial
if you listen while going to sleep. It will help you fall asleep, sleep through the night and wake up with greater energy.
As you sleep through the night, the positive suggetions on the recording reinforce. This same reinforcement happens
when you do sessions for and by yourself, but even more effectively because you are supplying your own suggestions for changing
